Danceweight hoops are perfect for transitioning from basic waist hooping to moderately more advanced core hooping. Polypro hoops are the most ideal for Off-body tricks and hand hooping. Learn isolations and weaves…and so much more!

Polypro offers a responsiveness that is necessary for drilling tricks in a clean and precise ease, and it’s smooth buttery feel is more comfortable on the hands than the heavier body hoops.

This listing offers an option to upgrade to the starter pack listing that includes double hoops as well, if you see that in your hoop future!

CHOOSING YOUR SIZE:

Your Danceweight hoop size can be loosely determined by your belly button height Add an inch or two if you’re curvy or if you like a slower speed. Subtract an inch or two if your’re athletic/petite or like a faster flow for increased challenge. For reference: a 40” hoop is great for someone who is 5’6” -5’7” and average build.

Your Polypro hoop measurements aren’t as reliant on body type and height. A good range is 28” up to 36” on average.

Doubles are nice in a 24”-28” size on average.

When it comes to measuring, keep in mind that the smaller you go, the faster the hoop will spin. When you determine size, PLEASE leave a note with your order LiviJoyHoops can get started on your new hoops.

Specifications

Danceweight hoops are made with 3/4” ID 100 PSI PE and will be constructed in the Twistible Infinity Style . Polypro hoops are the 3/4” OD and include a single push button closure for coiling down partway. Doubles will be 5/8” Polypro.
