International Orders placed outside the US:

Customs fees and VAT’s are not included in the cost of shipping, and you may need to pay additional fees before your package is released to you. Refused parcels will only be refunded once received back in sellable condition, with a 15% restocking fee on the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. When you place an international order you agree that there may be a need to collect fees at customs, and LiviJoyHoops is not responsible for those fees.

Exchanges and Refunds:

All hoops are custom created just for you, and refunds are not accepted. If you ordered a wrong size or color, you may exchange the hoop, but you are responsible for the shipping fees both ways.
